MEET THE CPA
DEANNA WOODWORTH, CPA
Founder and Principal
Deanna is a licensed CPA in the State of California (License # 111702) and a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. She has expertise in a wide array of business types with over 20 years combined experience in tax and accounting.
Deanna started her career as an accountant, working with pre-IPO and public companies when Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance was in it's infancy. Needless to say, SOX compliance and white papers ruled her early years while she was working in the Software and Medical Device Industry in Sorrento Valley.
Always eager to learn and grow, she pursued her CPA license with the ambition to become a manager in the Accounting field. After reaching the corporate Accounting Manager and Controller position, she realized there was a need for a strong accountant with tax regulation knowledge. This led to a 5 year tenure with a local CPA firm, where she honed her skills to become a tax minded accountant.
